Mr. Lim Ghim Boon is an SoC Design Engineer with a passion for improving Pre-Silicon engineering methodology. He's been plying his expertise on Pre-silicon validation in multiple fields of AI & Machine Learning as well as Formal Property Verification. He has published numerous papers on diverse subjects in Intel internal conferences and holds a patent on power efficiency architecture. He graduated top of the class from University Putra of Malaysia in Computer & Communications Engineering and has been working in Intel for 14 years ever since.

Professor Alvin Yau Kok Lim received the B.Eng. degree (Hons.) in electrical and electronics engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, in 2005, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in network engineering from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, in 2010. He is currently a Professor with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. He is a Researcher, a Lecturer, and a Consultant in applied artificial intelligence, applied deep learning, reinforcement learning, wireless networking, and intelligent transportation systems. He was a recipient of the 2007 Professional Engineer Board of Singapore Gold Medal for being the best graduate of the M.Sc. degree. He serves as the Vice General Co-Chair for ICOIN’18, the Co-Chair for IET ICFCNA’14, and the Co-Chair (Organizing Committee) for IET ICWCA’12. He serves as an Editor for the KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, and an Associate Editor for IEEE Access. He is also the Vice-Chair of IEEE SIG on Big Data with Computational Intelligence.

Professor Li Peng earned his bachelor and PhD degree in Tianjin University and Nanyang Technological University respectively. Then he continued his post-doctoral training in Nanyang Technological University under the supervision of Prof. Mary B. Chan-Park. He worked in Xi’an Jiaotong University and Nanjing Tech University as faculty from 2013-2018. In 2018, he joined the Xi’an Institute of Flexible Electronics of Northwestern Polytechnical University as a Professor. He's research interests are the development of bioelectronic materials/devices for the treatment of diseases, especially infectious diseases caused by pathogenic microbes.

Dr. Chang Sui Kiat

Dr. Chang Sui Kiat obtained his PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Universiti Putra Malaysia. To gain more research experience, he explored himself and worked as postdoctoral research fellow in several countries including TUBITAK Marmara Research Center, Istanbul, Turkey and South China Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou, China. He also serves as the editor in top-tier journals, including Food Research International and Frontiers in Nutrition. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). His field of specialisation in nutritional sciences has prompted research interests that include i) nutraceuticals and functional foods, ii) food chemistry and biochemistry, and iii) nutrigenomics. He is also a life member of the Nutrition Society of Malaysia and the Premier Member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Chicago, Illinois. He has received various awards from the Nutrition Society of Malaysia and the International Union of Nutritional Sciences. Besides, Dr. Chang has also received gold and bronze awards for his research under the category of healthcare, personal care technology, biotechnology and life sciences organized by Malaysia Technology Expo 2020. He strongly believes that continuous efforts in nutrition advocacy is crucial in improving nutritional status and well-being of mankind.
